1 BILLION OVERWEIGHT ADULTS AND 300 MILLION OF THOSE OBESE!
Isn't that just a frightening statistic! But, sadly it's accurate. It's a statistic from the World Health Organization.
Obesity has reached epidemic proportions and it's just alarming. Not a day passes by now that I'm not hearing, reading and seeing an article about Obesity.
It's the eating habits of people living on fast food. People just don't seem to have the time or the inclination to eat a fresh healthy meal.
The associated health issues are going to spiral in years to come so people need to heed the warning and start working on their personal weight issues now!
I for one am!
