Shopping is the key to weight loss.
So many people wander into the big supermarket and start by wandering up and down the rows in the supermarket. Picking up a can of this, a bag of that and a jar of stuff.
STOP! You should be shopping around the outside isles of the supermarket! That is where you will find your fresh fruit and vegetables, your fresh cuts of meat, chicken & fish.
You really only need to shop for staples, like flour, rice, butter (olive oil) and wholegrain cereals.
These are the foundation of a healthy, nutritious diet. Not all that processed crap that they shove heaps of preservatives, colors and flavorings into. Have you ever noticed the correlation between all those ingredients and the rise of ADD and ADHD syndrome??? Well that's another story.
