Childhood Obesity has hit epidemic proportions according to this latest article I've been reading.
American kids have never been as fat and as unhealthy as they are right now - shocking when you think about it!
With figures like 17% to 33% of all kids being obese or overweight it's tragic.
Personally I still believe it comes down to the parents...sorry, but seriously, the kids aren't the ones doing the shopping, the kids aren't the ones preparing the meals, the kids aren't the ones stocking the cupboards with chips, soda and fatty foods.
People wake up - get a grip on reality, obesity kills!
