It's a hard ask going on a diet. I know, I've "been there, done that" more than once AND guess what I'm going there AGAIN!!!
Sheesh, you get everything under control and think mmmmm, I'll just have that "little" piece of chocolate, (which turns into the whole bloody bar) and I'll just have a "little" chippy (which turns into the whole bag)...you get the picture, right?
So, here it is, I'm fighting with the desire to be slimmer and the desire to eat food - hell that's why we get overweight in the first place, right! Because we love food!
I know the answer is to eat right AND don't get me wrong I love to eat right too. Nothing gets my juices flowing more than a Thai beef salad with ice cold water to chase it all down.
You feel better and you look better when you eat well.
So follow allow, hold my hand, God knows I need somebody to hold my hand and I'll shed those pounds, come hell or high water.
(Now I'll just finish off that stashed chocolate bar first)....
