If you don't look good you feel crappy, right? You know I am!
So do something about it, every single day. It can be as simple as applying some fake tan, that always makes a person look healthier.
Get a haircut, new hair color, now that's always a good one!
Take yourself to a good bookshop too and grab a couple of really good self help books about dealing with issues and read them, every night.
Reading at night is great because as you fall off to sleep what you've just read remains in your mind and you can dream it and ponder it all night and wake up feeling fantastic and changed the next morning.
Come on, do it!
