Exercise Is Key To Weight Loss

Well I managed to eat most of my chocolate stash (did I say that outloud)!

Today IS a new day and motivated and pumped, ready for action I bounded out of bed, pulled on the workout clothes and launched myself at the electric treadmill.

Off I went walking at a moderate 5kph for the next 20 minutes. It could have been longer, I agree, but I did work up a small sweat.

Anyways, the point is you have to make a start and build on it! I did that! I will continue to do that! WILL YOU????
